What is a Business Pack?
A business pack can be added onto any of our accounts. The price varies depending on which plan you select, and contains the following features:
- Extra bandwidth for high traffic sites (20% extra)
- A priority telephone support line to lodge support requests,
- A priority email support line to lodge support requests.
- Monitoring of your website to ensure maximum availability,
- Weekly website statistics mailed to your chosen email address,
- 30 day terms, to give you more time to pay your account,
- Paper invoices mailed to your chosen Australian place of business.
- 20% off the price of a static IP address
Payment terms are 3, 6 or 12 months.
Credit cards incur a $2 or 3% surcharge (whichever is greatest)
There is no surcharge for cash or direct deposit.
